    Hi, I am so, so, so sorry. Am going through the same thing at the moment and it's the absolute worst. The things that have brought me a lot of comfort has been hearing how common they are (some estimates go up to 40%! of all pregnancies), how it has nothing to do with anything I did wrong, and how quickly and often people have healthy pregnancies immediately afterwards.
